Nini advises and litigates on a variety of intellectual property matters, including trademark, design right and copyright issues for a wide range of clients, ranging from household name international blue-chips to domestic start-ups and fashion and luxury brands. She also advises clients on various commercial contracts, including licensing, agency and distribution agreements, and has experience across a broad range of industries. Nini also is a go-to lawyer for IP, tech and entertainment transactions, particularly where intellectual property is being acquired, sold, or transferred.

To Nini, the more challenging the work, the more she enjoys it. Researching and litigating about complex points of law is one of her strong suits. At the same time, she never loses sight of the fact that the law is a people profession. The chance to work with creative people and sharing their energy remains a key motivation for her.

Nini was admitted to the Dutch bar in 2016 and joined Leeway in 2019. Before joining Leeway, she worked at the Amsterdam office of US law firm Greenberg Traurig.
